OPTIFAST soup vegetable powder Preparation:
All OPTIFAST ® home products can be consumed cold and warm as desired.
1. Pour the contents of a sachet into 200 ml of cold or warm water (max. 50 ° C). Discard heated food leftovers.
2. Mix with a whisk or shake well in a blender jar until the powder is completely dissolved. The product should be consumed immediately after preparation.

Replace one or two main meals a day with a sachet each. OPTIFAST ® ® home products only fulfill the intended purpose in the context of a low-calorie diet, other foods must be part of this diet.
