Vegan dietary supplement with linoleic acid made from cold-pressed Egyptian black cumin oil (Nigella sativa - real black cumin).

Black cumin MensSana serves to supply the human body with natural unsaturated fatty acids as needed. The black cumin plants grow on sandy soils in Upper Egypt under controlled organic cultivation. In addition to the unsaturated Omega 6 fatty acid gamma linoleic acid, the cold-pressed Egyptian organic black cumin oil also contains the Omega 9 fatty acid oleic acid. The gentle cold pressing preserves all the important secondary plant substances, such as the active ingredients thymoquinone, phytosterol, p-cymene, thymol, α-hederine (triterpene saponin), alkaloids (nigellone, nigellin) and triglycosides. The organic oil also has a high tocopherol content.

Because it is filled into a soft starch capsule, Black Cumin MensSana is also suitable for a vegan diet.

Recommended dosage:
Adults and young people with a body weight under 50 kg consume 4 capsules daily before eating with plenty of water. People over 50 kg consume 6 capsules daily.
