  • Preparation Magnefar B6 is recommended mainly in the prevention of deficiency and magnesium deficiency and vitamin B6.

Composition:

1 tablet contains the active substances: 500 mg tetrahydrate hydrogen-aspartate magnesium (34 mg of magnesium ions), 5 mg of pyridoxine (vitamin B 6 ), and other ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate, and hydroxypropyl methylcellulose.Action: The active substance MAGNEFAR B 6wodoroasparaginian are magnesium and vitamin B 6 (pyridoxine).Magnesium regulates the flow of ions into the cell prevents the calcification of blood vessels, reduces the neuromuscular excitability, calms and influences on the development and mineralization of bone. Magnesium deficiency can manifest physical and mental fatigue, increased irritability, susceptibility to stress, muscle tension, arrhythmia and hypertension. Magnesium demand for adult humans is about 5 mg / kg body weight / day.
