The vitamin B12 drops consist of methylcobalamin and adenosylcobalamin in a ratio of 80:20, the two most bio-active forms of cobalamin. In nature, vitamin B12 is almost only found in animal foods in such a way that the daily requirement is met. A vegetarian or vegan diet can therefore lead to a vitamin B12 deficiency in the long term.
