Magnefar B6 Forte is a medicinal product indicated for use in the prevention and treatment of magnesium deficiency. Each tablet contains 100mg magnesium in the form of magnesium citrate and pyridoxine hydrochloride, or vitamin B6.

Composition of Magnefar B6 Forte:

Active substances: magnesium citrate (Magnesii citras) and vitamin B6 - pyridoxine hydrochloride (Pyridoxini hydrochloridum). One film-coated tablet contains 100 mg of magnesium ions in the form of magnesium citrate and 10.10 mg of vitamin B6 and excipients: tablet core: microcrystalline cellulose, crospovidone (type A), croscarmellose sodium, colloidal anhydrous silica, magnesium stearate; tablet coating: polyvinyl alcohol, talc, titanium dioxide (E 171), glycerol monocaprilocaproate (type 1), sodium lauryl sulfate.

Operation of Magnefar B6 Forte:

Symptoms of magnesium deficiency in the body may be excessive fatigue, sleep disturbance, nervousness or muscle twitching. Magnefar B6 Forte is indicated for the treatment of magnesium deficiency. Its composition uses a larger portion of magnesium in the form of easily absorbable magnesium citrate. In addition, the preparation also contains vitamin B6, which improves magnesium absorption.

Application:
The medicinal product Magnefar B6 Forte indicated for use in the treatment and prevention of magnesium deficiency. Magnesium deficiency can be manifested by nervousness, irritability, mood swings, anxiety, transient fatigue, lethargy, mild sleep disturbances, as well as anxiety, muscle cramps, tingling, and trembling eyelids. For use in adults and children over 6 years of age.

Additional information:
Store out of reach of children at room temperature. It is recommended to protect against moisture and light. At higher than recommended doses, diarrhea may occur. The drug can be used in pregnant women and breast-feeding mothers only after consulting a doctor. It is not recommended to use higher doses of vitamin B6 than 20mg daily in lactating women.

Contraindications:
Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to any component of the drug. Do not use in the case of hypermagnesemia (increased levels of magnesium in the blood), significant hypotension, atrioventricular block, myasthenia ravis. Do not use under 6 years of age or in children weighing 20kg.

Side effects:
Some people may experience side effects while taking this medicine. Rare: abdominal pain, loose stools or diarrhea at the beginning of treatment, skin redness. Very rare: allergic reactions.

Dosage of Magnefar B6 Forte tablets:

Use as directed by your doctor or as directed on the leaflet. Use during a meal with a glass of water. Children from 6 to 14 years of age with a body weight of 21 to 30 kg: 1-2 tablets a day, in 2-3 divided doses. Children from 6 to 14 years of age with a body weight from 31 to 39kg: 2-3 tablets per day, in 2-3 divided doses. Children from 14 to 18 years of age with a body weight above 40 kg, adults with a body weight above 40 kg: 3-4 tablets daily, in 2-3 divided doses. If after one month of use of the drug symptoms of deficiency persists, stop taking the preparation.
