  • Pain and itching in the anal, rectal inflammation, thrombophlebitis hemorrhoids, alleviating itching anus occurring for other reasons, as well as adjuvant therapy after surgical operations.

Composition:
1 g of ointment contains 10 mg of ruscogenins, and 10 mg of tetracaine hydrochloride. 1 suppository (2 g) in 25 mg and 25 mg of ruscogenins tetracaine hydrochloride.

Effect: Preparation of topical anti-inflammatory, a decongestant, sealing blood vessels, and anesthetics. For the effects of responsible rusogeniny - natural saponin derived from the rhizomes of butcher's broom, and for its anesthetic properties - tetracaine hydrochloride. Tetracaine hydrochloride exhibits anesthetic effect after 10 minutes and lasts for up to 2 h, is well absorbed from mucous membranes, approximately 76% bound to serum protein is metabolized in the liver to acid paraaminobenzoesowego and excreted mainly as metabolites via the kidneys.

Indications: pain and itching in the anal, rectal inflammation, thrombophlebitis hemorrhoids, alleviating itching anus occurring for other reasons and in the adjuvant treatment of post-surgical anal fistulas around and hemorrhoids. Dosage:Suppositories: 1 rectal suppository 1-2 times a day. Ointment 2-3 times a day to lubricate around the anus. A one-time treatment should not exceed 2 weeks. Suppositories used after defecation.

Note: The preparation is intended for adults. Elderly may have increased sensitivity to the drug.
