Dr. Immune Five, syrup for children

Natural immune formula made from medicinal mushrooms, vitamins & prebiotics for children.

This dietary supplement contains only extracts of reishi, almond mushroom, oyster mushroom, chaga and shiitake and is enriched with vitamins C and D.

Vitamins C & D contribute to the normal functioning of the immune system.

Recommended dosage:
The recommended dose is 0.50 ml/kg body weight. Shake the bottle before use. Insert the pipette tip into the hole in the perforated cap. Turn the bottle over and take the desired dose. The syrup can now be administered directly from the syringe into the mouth or, if you have problems taking it, mixed into a glass of water. Wash the syringe after use.

Water, organic agave nectar, Y-cyclodextrin, fructooligosaccharides (90% inulin), organic acerola juice concentrate (Malpighia glabra L.), 60 mg organic Ganoderma lucidum extract (0.4%), 60 mg organic Agaricus blazei extract (0.4%), 60 mg organic Pleurotus ostreatus extract (0. 4%), 60 mg organic Inonotus obliquus extract (0.4%), 60 mg organic Lentinula edodes extract (0.4%), 59 mg ascorbic acid (Vit C) (74% NRV*), strawberry flavor, preservatives (potassium sorbate and sodium benzoate), acidity regulator (citric acid), 3.7 μg vitamin D (74% NRV*).
