In principle, the information in the package insert applies; if this is not available, the following recommendation currently applies as a guideline:

Kalium phosphoricum Adults:
take 1 tablet 1-3 times a day. If you feel better, you should reduce the frequency of use.

Kalium phosphoricum Children:
Infants up to the age of 1 receive, after consulting a doctor, no more than a third of the adult dose. Infants up to the age of 6 receive no more than half the dose, children between the ages of 6 and 12 receive no more than two thirds of the adult dose. Please also note the instructions for use.
