Propolis capsules from Allpharm Premium
Bees produce propolis as a resin to seal their hive. The resin is collected by the bees from various trees, mainly from the sticky resinous buds such as poplars, willows, alders, birch, spruce and pine, as well as from some herbs. The sticky substance around the buds of the tree leaves serves as protection and sometimes has a balsamic scent. The precious bud resin is collected by the hardworking bee colony and processed into propolis by chewing, salivating and digestive ferments on site in the hive itself.

The name propolis is Greek and means: protector of the city - protector of the hive. Other names are putty resin, bee resin, bee glue and putty wax.

Ingredients
Corn starch, propolis extract, gelatin (capsule shell), carrier maltodextrin, ascorbic acid (vitamin C), DL-alpha-tocopherol acetate, nicotinamide, calcium D-pantothenate, pyridoxine hydrochloride, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid, biotin, cyanocobalamin, colorant titanium dioxide.

Recommended intake:
Take 3 capsules daily with some liquid.

1 capsule contains 100 mg propolis extract, 24 mg vitamin C, 7.2 mg niacin, 4 mg vitamin E, 2.4 mg pantothenic acid, 0.8 mg vitamin B6, 0.64 mg vitamin B2, 0.56 mg vitamin B1, 80 µg folic acid, 60 µg biotin, 0.4 µg vitamin B12.

Daily intake (3 capsules) contains
propolis extract 300 mg(**), vitamin C 72 mg(90%*), niacin 21.6 mg(135%*), vitamin E 12 mg(100%*), pantothenic acid 7.2 mg(120%*), vitamin B6 2.4 mg(171%*), vitamin B2 1.92 mg(137%*), vitamin B1 1.68 mg(153%*), folic acid 240 µg(120%*), vitamin B12 1.2 µg(48%*).
