Thanks to a new manufacturing technology, the Doppelherz system OMEGA-3 Strawberry-Citrus gel tabs have a high content of the valuable omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA, combined with vitamin D in the form of fruity-tasting gel tabs. This dosage form is suitable for children, adolescents and adults, i.e. for the whole family. 

Doppelherz system OMEGA-3 gel tabs are soft tablets for chewing and omega-3 fatty acids from highly purified sea fish oils and vitamin D. Omega-3 fatty acids are vital and an important part of a healthy diet. Nevertheless, the supply of these long-chain polyunsaturated fatty acids is not optimal for everyone. 

This also applies to children and young people. Too little intake of the omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA can e.g. B. be favored by a low-fish diet. Important representatives of the omega-3 fatty acids are eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), which cannot be produced in the body without precursors. But only a few foods contain these valuable fatty acids.
