Rapid and long-lasting improvement in symptoms

Proven active ingredient desloratadine
In the case of allergic reactions, the human immune system responds to substances that are foreign to the body and actually harmless. Allergic rhinitis and urticaria are type I (immediate type) allergic reactions: the symptoms appear just a few seconds to minutes after contact with the allergy-triggering substances (allergens). In this case, the binding of the allergen to so-called IgE antibodies leads to the release of messenger substances, especially histamine. The allergic reaction is triggered. Desloratadine blocks histamine receptors and therefore reduces the effects of histamine. The active substance desloratadine is a further development of the active substance loratadine and belongs to the new generation of antihistamines.

Recommendation for use:
Lorano ^® Pro solution 0.5 mg/ml oral solution, suitable from 2 years: The recommended dosage for children between 2 and 5 years is 2.5 ml solution once a day. Children between the ages of 6 and 11 take 5 ml of the solution once a day. For adolescents from 12 years of age and adults, the recommended dosage is 10 ml solution once a day. The dose should be swallowed and then some water should be drunk. It can be taken with or without food. An application syringe is included for easier dosing and application - especially for children. Use this to set and then administer the correct dose. For correct handling, follow the instructions in the instructions for use.

RISK FACTORS

What should be considered if the intake of Lorano ^® Pro is forgotten?
If the intake has been forgotten, twice the amount of Lorano ^® Pro must not be taken. The missed dose should be made up as soon as possible. Subsequent intake is then based on the normal treatment plan.

Does Lorano ^® Pro affect driving ability?
When taking the recommended dosage, it is not to be expected that Lorano ^®Pro affects your ability to drive or use machines. Although most individuals do not experience drowsiness, it is recommended that you refrain from engaging in activities that require mental alertness, such as driving or using machines, until your personal response to Lorano ® Pro has been ^established .

Can pregnant women also take Lorano ^® Pro?
Taking Lorano ^® Pro is not recommended during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
