A manual sphygmomanometer with a stethoscope - The Diagnostic DA201 blood pressure monitor is designed to measure blood on the upper arm. 

The measuring device uses the push-button method, which ensures a very accurate result. The set includes both a stethoscope and a universal cuff. In addition, the package includes a special key that allows you to calibrate the device yourself. The large pressure gauge makes reading the results easier.

Store the product out of reach of children, at room temperature. It is recommended to protect against moisture and light. The pressure gauge should be protected against shock. Do not inflate the cuff above 300mmHg.

 Protect the rubber parts of the device against being cut or damaged by sharp objects. Do not expose the device to low or high temperatures for a long time, as well as to sunlight. Periodic (every 2 years) calibration at an authorized service is recommended. Use a clean, soft cloth for cleaning. Do not immerse it in liquids to clean the device. Do not sterilize at high temperatures.

How to use the Diagnostic DA201 Blood Pressure Monitor:

Use as intended. Before use, read the instructions for use. Before the test, you should relax for about 5-10 minutes. The test should be performed in a sitting position. Place the arm on the table. Put the cuff on the arm (left or right), the bottom edge of the cuff should be about 1-2 cm above the elbow bend. 

The cuff should fit snugly, but should not be too tight. Tighten the cuff so that the air tube is over the artery. Make sure the drain valve is closed. Put the stethoscope over your ears and put the head on the elbow artery.

 Start the measurement, remain still during the test, and refrain from speaking. Inflate the cuff so that that the indicated value does not exceed the expected maximum pressure value by more than 20-30mmHg. Then, gently unscrew the air release valve, the needle should go down at a rate of 2-3mmHg per second. When you hear a distinct tapping noise on the stethoscope, take your systolic pressure reading.
