Fiber powder. Dietary supplement Fiber is a powder containing ground flax seeds and plantain husk, apple fiber and inulin. The preparation helps to supplement the daily diet with ingredients supporting the proper functioning of the intestines.

Ingredients of fiber powder:

Ground flax seeds (Linum usitatissimum) obtained in the degreasing process, maltodextrin, inulin, ground plantain husk (Plantago ovata), apple fiber.

The content of ingredients in the recommended daily dose (10g):ground flax seeds - 3.87g, inulin - 1.2g, plantain husk - 1g, apple fiber - 0.56g. Total dietary fiber content in 10g: 3.2 g (32% of the reference intake).

The action of dietary fiber powder:

The Błonnik dietary supplement uses a unique composition of plant ingredients. Here we have apple fiber, ground plantain scales, ground flax seeds and inulin. The product is an excellent source of dietary fiber, helps to supplement the daily diet with this valuable ingredient. In addition, ground flax seeds support the proper digestive processes and help in the proper functioning of the intestines.

Mix the measured portion of powder in 100ml cool water, eat immediately after preparation, then drink an extra glass of water. It is recommended to use half an hour before meals. Do not exceed recommended servings for consumption during the day.
