the growth of maternal tissue during pregnancy thanks to folic acid,

the normal formation of red blood cells and oxygen transport in the body thanks to iron,

the normal development of the brain and eyesight thanks to DHA. For this purpose, in addition to the recommended daily dose of omega-3 fatty acids (ie 250mg DHA + EPA), 200mg DHA should
