Coenzyme Q10, also called ubiquinone-10, is a substance produced naturally in the body and is mainly produced in the liver. Since it has a similar structure to vitamin E, it is classified as a vitamin-like substance (vitaminoid).

In my Control Vitality Coenzyme Q10, this nutrient is contained in microscopically small TINYspheres ^® , which means that it is absorbed by the body 6 times more effectively than conventional coenzyme Q10.

The TINYspheres ^® technology used is the first purely natural lipid-based transport system of its kind. The technology is a nanoscale oil-in-water emulsion developed to maximize the bioavailability of fat-soluble ingredients. Long-term stable, tiny oil droplets are produced that are able to deliver target substances to the human systemic circulation more quickly and in significantly larger quantities.

Coenzyme Q10 is believed to be a key player in energy metabolism and an important antioxidant of mitochondria, the power plants of cells.[1] Q10 helps reduce oxidative stress [2]. In combination with other antioxidants, Q10 keeps blood vessels more elastic, which supports sugar and fat metabolism.[3] Oxidative damage to mitochondria can in turn contribute to the development of degenerative diseases.[4]

Information on coenzyme Q10 is based on the state of research considered to be reliable for this nutrient in the relevant specialist literature. The European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) has not yet issued any approved health claims for coenzyme Q10.

Humectant (glycerin), water, solvent (ethanol), emulsifier (lecithin (soy)), sunflower oil, coenzyme Q10, flavouring (orange peel oil), antioxidant (alpha-tocopherol)

Instructions for use
Allow my Control Vitality Coenzyme Q10 to work under the tongue for approx. 1 minute. This means that the ingredients packed into microscopically small TINYspheres ^® can be absorbed by the body through the oral mucosa in maximum quantities and in the shortest possible time. Since absorption does not occur in the gastrointestinal tract, it can be used regardless of meals.

Storage
Recommended storage: Closed, dry, protected from light and cool at 5 - 25 °C.

Shelf life
In the unopened original container, 24 months from the date of manufacture. If the container is opened and stored for more than 6 months, the quality may deteriorate. Due to the use of natural ingredients, color changes may occur. These have no influence on the quality of the product.
