Chela ferr. A unique preparation with new generation iron. Olimp Chela-Ferr Easy is a food for special medical purposes for use in dietary management in the case of iron deficiency or reduced iron absorption. Composition:
Sugar, iron (III) pyrophosphate - iron, aromas, maltodextrin, acidity regulator - citric acid; L-ascorbic acid - vitamin C, iron (II) diglycinate (iron amino acid chelate Ferrochel®, TRAACS®) - iron, anti-caking agent - silicon dioxide. It contains sugar.

Nutritional value in one sachet (1.5g): energy value - 20kJ / 4.8kcal, fat - 0g (including: saturated fatty acids - 0g), carbohydrates - 1.2g (including: sugars - 1.2g), protein - 0g, salt - 0g, vitamin C - 40mg, iron - 30mg.

Nutritional value in 100g: energy value - 1400kJ / 320kcal, fat - 0g (including: saturated fatty acids - 0g), carbohydrates - 80g (including: sugars - 80g), protein - 0g, salt - 0g, vitamin C - 2 , 66g, iron - 2g.

Action:
The preparation in a unique and extremely practical form of stick type sachets for direct consumption containing raspberry-flavored powder. Food for special medical purposes Chela-Ferr Easy contains new generation iron, which is characterized by good bioavailability. The preparation was used in two forms, which are very well tolerated, i.e. iron pyrophosphate and iron amino acid chelate Ferrochel®. In addition, the composition was enriched with vitamin C, which increases the absorption of iron.

Application:
Food for special medical purposes Olimp Chela-Ferr Easy intended for use in dietetic treatment with medical indications that apply to the states of: disorder or reduced absorption of iron (occurring among others in chronic pancreatitis or celiac disease); iron deficiency anemia (anemia); iron deficiency: in pregnant women, in women with heavy menstrual periods, in the loss of blood during surgery, during chemotherapy, in blood donors, in people who use poorly balanced diets excluding certain components (eg vegetarian diet, slimming diet); a chronic cough that accompanies iron deficiency states; cough that accompanies the use of angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors; in the case of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). The preparation can be taken in the prevention of iron deficiency (including pregnancy, puerperium, chemotherapy, blood donation, heavy monthly bleeding). Preparation for adults and children over 3 years old.

Additional information:
The preparation is not suitable for parenteral use. It can not be used as the sole source of food. Keep the product out of reach of children at room temperature. For children, caution is advised (do not use without clearly indicating the doctor). Caution is also recommended for people who are taking certain medications, including those containing allopurinol. It should not be used in the absence of medical indications or the absence of a specific disease or disorder of health that would require administration of the preparation.

Contraindications:
Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to any component of the preparation.

Directions for use:
Use under medical supervision. It is recommended to use as an additional source of iron in the diet in adults and adolescents: take one sachet per day. In children over three years of age and in cases of dietary treatment, the daily dose is determined by a doctor. The product should be used after a meal. The contents of the sachet should be poured directly into the tongue, if necessary first dissolved in a small amount of juice or water. Do not exceed recommended servings for consumption during the day.
