Vitamin B12 consists of bioactive B vitamins to support and improve cell division and the nervous system.

Vitamin B12 and folic acid are among the "cell vitamins" . They contribute significantly to the formation of DNA components. They also fulfill important tasks in all growth processes that accompany cell division. The active folic acid (methyltetrahydrofolate - 5-MTHF for short) and the three bioactive vitamins B12 (methylcobalamin, hydroxycobalamin & adenosylcobalamin) also help metabolize homocysteine.

consumption recommendation

1 capsule once daily. It is best consumed at least 30 minutes before or after a meal with 250 ml of still, lukewarm water or alternatively with half a freshly squeezed lemon.
