Ingredients:
Water, chokeberry juice, elderberry extract, gelling agent: sodium carboxymethylcellulose; stevia extract, zinc gluconate, preservative: potassium sorbate.

Content of ingredients in 5g / 10g: chokeberry juice - 1620mg / 3240mg, elderberry extract - 550mg / 1100mg, zinc - 5mg (100% reference intake for children from 3 to 10 years of age) / 10mg (100% reference consumption value for a child over 10 years of age).
