Oenothera Argento culta D 3 dilution is an anthroposophical medicine used to treat atopic skin and vaginal dryness. 
Atopic skin 
A trial was conducted on 36 children and young adults with atopic skin
The trial involved taking the dilution twice a day for four weeks
The trial assessed the skin condition for dryness, scaling, and erythema
The trial also assessed subjective parameters such as itching and sleep quality
Vaginal dryness 
Oenothera Argento culta is used to vitalize the dry genital mucosa of perimenopausal women
Other uses of evening primrose
Evening primrose oil is used to treat nerve damage caused by diabetes 
Evening primrose oil is used to decrease bone loss and increase bone density in elderly people with osteoporosis 
The whole plant and especially the leaves are traditionally boiled to tea as an energy stimulant and to facilitate weight loss 
The roots are chewed and rubbed onto the muscles to improve strength
