Spalt ^®Migraine is an over-the-counter medicine for the short-term symptomatic treatment of the acute phase of headache in migraines with and without aura and for the treatment of tension headaches. Tension headaches and migraines often express themselves differently. Tension headaches are usually bilateral, pushing and pulling and intensify with physical exertion. In migraines, however, the pain is usually one-sided and pulsating. Along with a migraine attack, many sufferers often suffer from nausea and extreme sensitivity to light and noise. Gap ^®Migraine contains the proven active ingredient ibuprofen in a completely dissolved form for quick ingestion in a small, easy-to-swallow liquid capsule. Due to the completely dissolved form, the maximum concentration of ibuprofen in the blood plasma is reached more quickly. In this way, Spalt ^® Migraine can take effect earlier. Gap ^® migraine quickly relieves migraine.



ACTIVE SPALT Migraine medication AGENTS
A gap ^® migraine liquid capsule contains:
Ibuprofen 400 mg
Excipients: containing Macrogol 400/600, potassium hydroxide solution of partially dehydrated sorbitol, (Ph. Eur.) (Ph.Eur.) Gelatin, purified water, propylene glycol, polyvinyl acetate phthalate, iron oxide (E 172).

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE Always
take this medicine exactly as described in the package leaflet or as your doctor has told you. Check with your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure.

For adults:
If adults have to take this medicine for more than 4 days for pain, or if symptoms worsen, medical advice should be sought.

Children and adolescents:
If children and adolescents continue to use this medicine for more than 3 days, or if symptoms worsen, medical advice should be sought.



The recommended SPALT Migraine medication dose is

body weight (age) : ≥40 kg (adolescents from 12 years of age and adults) Single
dose : 1 liquid capsule (equivalent to 400 mg ibuprofen)
Max. Daily dose : 3 liquid capsules (equivalent to up to 1200 mg ibuprofen)


If the maximum single dose has been taken, should wait at least 6 hours before taking the next dose.

Spalt ^® Migraine should be swallowed whole with plenty of fluid (e.g. a glass of water) during or after a meal.

If the impression arises that the effect of Spalt ^® Migraine is too strong or too weak, a consultation with a doctor or pharmacist is recommended.
