DOLORMIN for children Areas of application: Mild to moderately severe pain - such as headache and toothache; Fever. For children from 10 kg (1 year and older), adolescents and adults.

Warning: Contains fructose, sucrose, sorbitol, propylene glycol, sodium benzoate, benzyl alcohol and Allura red AC (E129). In the event of pain or fever, do not use for longer than specified in the package insert without medical advice!

Dolormin ^® for children with pain and fever
Fever is usually a sign that the immune system is defending itself against pathogens. Young children are more likely to have a fever than adults, and slightly elevated temperatures are often normal. Nonetheless, a fever should always be monitored and taken seriously, especially if your child is increasingly exhausted and the body temperature continues to rise.

Dolormin ^®for children Ibuprofen juice 40 mg / ml is especially suitable for the treatment of fever and pain in children from 1 year of age. The fruity-berry juice can be easily dosed with the enclosed measuring cup and can thus be adapted to the needs of your child. The child safety lock in the bottle prevents children from accidentally opening the bottle themselves.

How does Dolormin ^{® work} for children?
The dosage of Dolormin ^® for children ibuprofen juice is lower than that of products for adults and is therefore especially suitable for the child's organism.

The one in Dolormin ^®The active ingredient ibuprofen for children inhibits the formation of so-called prostaglandins - messenger substances that are involved in the development of fever, pain and inflammation.

DOLORMIN for children Main ingredients:
The active ingredient is: ibuprofen.

5 ml oral suspension contains 200 mg ibuprofen.

The other ingredients are: sucrose, glycerol (vegetable), sorbitol solution 70% (non-crystallizing), corn starch, sodium benzoate, xanthan gum, citric acid, polysorbate 80 (vegetable), purified water, allura red AC (E129), flavorings (natural and artificial watermelon flavor and sweet blend flavor). How is Dolormin ^{® used} for children?
Unless otherwise prescribed by your doctor, Dolormin ^® for children should always be taken as described in the package insert or the dosage recommendation below. The dosage should be based on the appropriate weight or age group:

Children between 10-15 kg (1-3 years)
• Single dose: 2.5 ml ibuprofen juice (equivalent to 100 mg ibuprofen)
• Total daily dose : up to 7.5 ml (equivalent to 300 mg ibuprofen)

Children between 16-19 kg (4-6 years)
• Single dose: 2.5 ml (equivalent to 100 mg ibuprofen)
• Total daily dose: up to 10 ml (equivalent to 400 mg ibuprofen)

Children between 20-29 kg (7th -9 years)
• Single dose: 5 ml (equivalent to 200 mg ibuprofen)
• Total daily dose : up to 15 ml (equivalent to 600 mg ibuprofen)

children between 30-39 kg (10-11 years)
• Single dose: 5 ml (equivalent to 200 mg ibuprofen)
• Total daily dose : up to 20 ml (equivalent to 800 mg ibuprofen)

children from 40 kg (adolescents from 12 years & adults)
• Single dose: 7.5 ml (equivalent to 300 mg ibuprofen)
• Total daily dose: up to 30 ml (equivalent to 1200 mg ibuprofen)

If the symptoms require it, it can be taken again. There should be at least 6 hours between two doses. The maximum total daily dose for the respective weight or age group should not be exceeded.

In children and adolescents, the intake should not exceed 3 days. In adults, the period is 3 days for fever and 4 days for pain. If symptoms do not improve during this time, talk to your doctor.
