  • Allertec WZF is a medicine containing dihydrochloride - a substance with an effective soothing allergic reactions of the body. The medicine stated in the course of allergic rhinitis and conjunctivitis, and the idiopathic urticaria.

Composition
1 tablet. powl. contains 10 mg cetirizyny as dihydrochloride.

Excipients:
lactose monohydrate, microcrystalline cellulose, corn starch, povidone K-25 Magnesium stearate karoksyloskrobię sodium, colloidal anhydrous silica, sodium lauryl sulphate, hypromellose, macrogol 6000

Response Allertec WZF belongs to a class of drugs antihistamine the effective, strong and long lasting effect. The drug works at an early stage of an allergic reaction (dependent histamine) and an effect on the phase of the severity of the allergic and significantly reduces cell migration inflammatory process and the release of mediators of inflammation manifested in: bothersome symptoms from the body, such as: allergic rhinitis or hay fever , burning and itching conjunctivitis, skin reactions. Ceteryzyna contained in Allertec WZF well absorbed from the gastrointestinal tract, and its maximum blood levels is reached after 30-60 minutes. The drug is excreted primarily in the urine as unchanged. Indications: Chronic and seasonal allergic rhinitis, allergic conjunctivitis, chronic idiopathic urticaria.

Contraindications Hypersensitivity to cetirizynę or hydroxyzine, breast-feeding. Pregnant used only when absolutely necessary. Used with caution in renal and liver disorders, and fluid and electrolyte balance (particularly hypokalemia). Dosage Oral. Adults and children over 12 years of age 10 mg once a day.Children 6-12 years of age (depending on weight): mc <30 kg - 5 mg once a day; body weight> 30 kg - 10 mg once per day. In hepatic and renal impairment treatment starts with a dose of 5 mg once a day.

Comments should be careful when driving and operating machines.The drug should be discontinued for a few days before skin tests.
