Contraindications to use Flax seeds:

Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to any component of the drug. Do not use below 12 years of age. Not recommended for use in hormone dependent cancers in women. Use during pregnancy and lactation is not recommended. Do not use in the presence of stool blood, potential or existing intestinal obstruction, intestinal atony, giant colon (megacolon), sudden change in habits associated with defecation lasting more than two weeks, abnormal narrowing of the gastrointestinal tract, esophagus or heart disease, problems swallowing, throat problems.

Side effects:
Some people may get side effects while taking this medicine. Very rare: hypersensitivity reactions with anaphylaxis.

Dosage of flaxseed:

Use as directed by your doctor or as directed on the leaflet. Adolescents over 12 years of age, adults, the elderly: use one tablespoon (about 8g) pour 250ml of water, let stand for 30 minutes to swell (can be strained). Macerate should be prepared three times a day. Take the preparation 30 minutes before meals. Do not exceed recommended servings for consumption during the day. If symptoms persist for more than 7 days despite using the medicine, a doctor should be consulted.
