The preparation contains numerous strains of lactic acid bacteria of the genera Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium. For example, the bifidobacteria -brevis, -lactis, -longum, the lactobacilli -reuteri, -plantarum and -crispatus. It also contains Streptococcus thermophilus and the natural fiber inulin. 2 grams of WOSCHA GR15-Pure contain 4 billion lactic acid bacteria. To be absolutely sure that the number is guaranteed until the best-before date, we add twice as many bacteria during bottling.

We recommend taking it for six weeks, increasing the amount slowly and steadily. In the first week, dissolve 1 spoonful of powder in a glass of lukewarm milk (or water). - In the second week, 2 spoonfuls per glass. - From the third week, 3 spoonfuls per glass.
