Xailin® HA 0.2% Plus are moisturizing eye drops with 0.2% sodium hyaluronate solution obtained through biotechnological synthesis.
Sodium hyaluronate, due to its specific physical, viscoelastic properties and ability to adhere to the cornea, improves the stability of the tear film and restores visual comfort.

Who are Xailin® HA 0.2% Plus eye drops intended for?
Xailin® HA 0.2% Plus eye drops are suitable for children aged one month and over and adults.

How often should you use Xailin® HA 0.2% Plus eye drops?
Xailin® HA 0.2% Plus eye drops can be used daily, even by wearers of all types of contact lenses, as they do not contain preservatives.
They are usually used 3 to 4 times daily, with one drop placed in the conjunctival sac of each eye. If necessary, you can also use the drops more often

How to use Xailin® HA 0.2% Plus eye drops?
Xailin® HA 0.2% Plus eye drops should only be used externally on the conjunctival sac.
1. Wash your hands thoroughly before using the product.
2. Remove the cap and start using. Do not touch the surface of the eye with the dropper tip.
3. Tilt your head back slightly.
4. Hold the bottle with the tip pointing down (vertically).
5. Pull the lower eyelid down slightly and squeeze the bottle until a drop drips into the conjunctival sac.
6. Close the eyelids and move the eyeball to spread the drop over the surface of the eye.
7. Repeat the same process for the other eye.
8. Put the protective cap back on the dropper after use. When applying, be careful not to touch the surface of the eye and eyelid with the tip of the dropper.
9. After using the drops, do not rinse the surface of the eye with water or any other liquid.

When should Xailin® HA 0.2% Plus eye drops not be used?

  • Do not use if you are hypersensitive to any of the ingredients.
  • Discontinue use if an allergic reaction occurs.
  • Do not use if the eye is inflamed by bacteria, fungi or viruses.

How should Xailin® HA 0.2% Plus eye drops be stored?

  • Keep out of the reach and sight of children.
  • Store away from heat sources.
  • Store in a dry place at a temperature of 5°C to 35°C.
  • You must not use this medical device after the expiry date stated on the package.
  • Treatment for one month according to recommended dosage. Discard the bottle 3 months after first opening.
  • Any unused solution must be discarded.

Composition:
Sodium hyaluronate 0.2%, glycerin, sodium chloride, boric acid, sodium tetraborate, calcium chloride, potassium chloride, magnesium chloride, highly purified water.
