Superficial phlebitis, Heparin axicur ® 60,000 IU gel



Active ingredient: Heparin sodium.

Areas of application: For the supportive treatment of acute swelling after blunt injuries (bruises, bruises) and superficial phlebitis, if this cannot be treated with compression therapy.

Contains citronella oil and macrogol glycerol hydroxystearate. Note leaflet.

  • The gel is a medicine used to reduce swelling.
  • It is used as a supportive treatment
    • Acute swelling after blunt injuries (bruises, bruises)
    • superficial phlebitis unless this can be treated by compression

dosage

  • Always use this medicine exactly as described or as your doctor or pharmacist has told you. Check with your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure.
  • The recommended dose is
    • The gel should be applied thinly and evenly to the affected area 2 to 3 times a day.

 

  • duration of use
    • Unless otherwise prescribed, the gel should not be used for more than 10 days.

 

  • If you use more than you should
    • When used as directed, no overdose symptoms are known.

 

  • If you have any further questions on the use of this medicine, ask your doctor or pharmacist.
