KreoActiv Digestion capsules are food for special medical purposes for use in the dietary management of digestive disorders. The preparation contains pork pancreatin, a source of digestive enzymes: incl. lipases and proteases.

KreoActiv Ingredients Digestion:

Microencapsulated pancreatin, maltodextrin, bulking agent - microcrystalline cellulose, anti-caking agent - magnesium salts of fatty acids, capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, gellan gum). Allergen Information: May contain soy, milk and grains containing gluten.

Nutritional value of 100g:energy value - 565kJ / 133kcal, fat - 0g, including: saturated fatty acids - 0g; carbohydrates - 33g, including: sugars - 0g; protein - 0g, salt - 0g.

One gastro-resistant capsule contains 150 mg of pancreatin with the activity of: lipase 10,000 units Ph.Eur., Amylase 8,000 units Ph.Eur., Protease 600 units Ph.Eur.

Food for special medical purposes KreoActiv Digestion is a preparation in the form of gastro-resistant capsules containing pork pancreatin. The capsule dissolving in the small intestine releases enzymes that act lipolytic, proteolytically and amylolytically, i.e. they allow the digestion of fats, proteins and starch. The preparation can be used, for example, by people who often eat ready meals, people who are physically active and want to reduce body fat.

Application:
Food for special medical purposes KreoActiv Digestion intended for use in the dietary management of digestive disorders in the course of exocrine pancreatic insufficiency in both adults and children, which is associated with the following diseases: cystic fibrosis (cystic fibrosis), chronic pancreatitis, post-pancreatic removal ( pancreatectomy), condition following gastrectomy (gastrectomy), pancreatic cancer, condition following gastrointestinal anastomosis (e.g. gastroenterostomy), stenosis of the pancreatic or common bile duct (e.g. due to cancer), Shwachman-Diamond syndrome, post-acute attack pancreatitis and initiation of enteral or oral nutrition.

Additional information:
Store the product out of reach of children at room temperature. It is recommended to protect against the effects of moisture and light. It is not suitable for parenteral use. Do not use as the sole source of food.

Contraindications:
Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to any component of the preparation.

How to use KreoActiv capsules Digestion:

Use under medical supervision. Use orally, adjusting the number of capsules to the severity of the disease and the composition of the food. Unless your doctor tells you otherwise, three capsules a day are usually used: one capsule for the main meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner). Do not exceed recommended servings for consumption during the day.
