Dosage ABC heat cream, muscle pain in the spine, chili pepper, blood circulation :
- Apply 1-2 g of cream three times a day and rub in well (1 g of active ingredient corresponds to a strand of approx. 4 cm of cream)

- Apply the cream to the affected areas and rub in well
- Do not apply the cream near the eyes or on mucous membranes
- After each application, wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water
Side effects :
- Hives and blisters
- Local reddening of the skin
- Local feeling of warmth
- Burning, stinging or itching at the beginning
Interactions :
- Do not apply the cream to the same area at the same time as other medicines
Contraindications :
Hypersensitivity reactions to all medicines can occur, in which case you must discontinue the medicine immediately. If an allergy to the active ingredient or one of the other ingredients of the drug is known, it must not be used.
The medicine must not be used:
- On open injuries
- In the case of inflammation or infection of the skin
- Do not use the cream on children and adolescents under 18 years of age.
Pregnancy and lactation :
During pregnancy and breastfeeding, you should only take medication after consulting your doctor or pharmacist!
- Only use the cream during pregnancy and breastfeeding after careful benefit/risk assessment and not on large areas
- The active ingredient can get into breast milk.
- Do not apply the cream to the breast area while breastfeeding.
Patient Notes :
- Use the cream for up to three weeks even after the symptoms have improved
More information :
- A doctor should be consulted in the event of redness, swelling, overheating of the joints, persistent joint problems or severe back pain radiating into the legs and/or numbness or tingling in the legs.
- The warming effect only occurs some time after application of the cream.
- If the heat effect is too strong, excess cream residue can be removed with cold water and soap, a vegetable oil or a skin cream.
- Sweating and warmth (e.g. warm water) from the outside can intensify the warming effect.
