• Mieloguard Move dietary supplement intended for people who want to take care of their nervous system, bones, joints and muscles. The preparation supplements the daily diet with ingredients such as: collagen, uridine monophosphate, magnesium and a set of vitamins.

How to use Mieloguard Move sachets:

Recommended daily dose: one sachet. Pour the contents of the sachet into a glass of water (approximately 100-250 ml), mix thoroughly and drink immediately, without waiting for complete dissolution. If there is any residue left in the glass, pour a small amount of water, mix and drink. In the case of active athletes, it is recommended to use the preparation before meals and after training.
