Dolormin ® for women with menstrual cramps with the active ingredient naproxen
Many women experience abdominal pain and cramps during their periods. But not only that - sometimes there are also other accompanying symptoms such as headache, back pain or nausea. This can severely limit the quality of life of affected women during menstruation.

Dolormin ® for women can help here. The active ingredient naproxen it contains not only relieves menstrual pain and cramps, but also accompanying symptoms such as headaches.

How does Dolormin ® work for women?
During the period, more prostaglandins are produced in the uterus. Prostaglandins are messenger substances that send pain signals to the brain. Naproxen, the active ingredient in Dolormin ® for women, dampens the secretion of prostaglandins and so relieves menstrual pain and cramps. Due to the duration of action of up to 12 hours, Naproxen relieves menstrual cramps for a long time, so that everyday life can continue carefree even during the days.

Main ingredients:
1 tablet contains 250 mg naproxen.
The other ingredients are: lactose monohydrate, pregelatinized starch (maize), povidone (K 30), croscarmellose sodium, magnesium stearate (Ph. Eur.), Quinoline yellow (E 104), purified water.

Recommended dosage:
How should Dolormin ® for women be used?
Unless otherwise prescribed by your doctor, take Dolormin ® for women as described in the package insert or the dosage recommendation below.

Girls from 12 years and women:
• Initial dose: 2 tablets (equivalent to 500 mg naproxen)
• Further single dose: 1 tablet (equivalent to 250 mg naproxen) at an interval of 8-12 hours
• Maximum total daily dose : up to 3 tablets (equivalent to 750 mg naproxen )

The tablets should be swallowed whole and with plenty of liquid, if possible before a meal. If you have a sensitive stomach, it is recommended to take it with a meal.

Without medical advice should Dolormin ® for women not to be taken for more than 4 days. If the symptoms do not improve or even worsen during this period, please consult a doctor.
