OrgaMin contains a comprehensive spectrum of the 15 essential, organically bound minerals and trace elements. Since there is no unfavorable interaction with acidic stomach digestion, good absorption is guaranteed.

In addition to the vitamin and mineral balance, the acid-base balance is an essential prerequisite for optimal metabolism in the body. Vegetables, fruits, herbs, sprouts, some nuts (almonds, walnuts, Brazil nuts, macadamia nuts and pistachios) as well as high-quality oil (linseed, olive or rapeseed oil) provide valuable organic minerals such as potassium, calcium and magnesium, but little sodium. OrgaMin is based on this model. It contains minerals based on organic citrates with little sodium and plenty of magnesium.

Citrates are a natural component of our cells and can be absorbed and metabolized very well by the body. According to the German Society for Nutrition, excessive acidification of the body can result from high amounts of “civilized food” such as proteins, sugar, coffee and white flour and can lead to fatigue, lack of energy and digestive problems. Recommended consumption
: one slightly heaped measuring spoon once daily (equivalent to 9.6 g), or alternatively half each morning and midday. Pour into an empty glass before or after a meal and top up with 250 ml lukewarm water and apple juice (optimal ratio: ⅔ water, ⅓ apple juice). For additional consumption both before and after sporting activity, use a level measuring spoon each time. For use as part of alkaline or elimination treatments, it is recommended to consume twice the amount.
