  • Xylitol. There are many substitutes for white sugar available on the market, among which xylitol (ksylitol) , or birch sugar, is worth recommending. It looks and tastes like traditional sugar, but it is much healthier and less calorific.

Operation:
Xylitol Danisco is produced in Finland, where hard birch wood and beech wood are processed into white, sweet crystals. However, xylitol is often eaten in a natural, unprocessed form as an ingredient of many fruits and plants (yellow plums, strawberries, raspberries, cauliflower, lettuce, spinach).

Application:
Xylitol Danisco recommended for use as a substitute for white sugar.

Additional information:

How to use:
Use instead of sugar to sweeten drinks, desserts and pastries. Xylitol should be added to the diet slowly, starting from 1/2 teaspoon per day. The daily intake is about 10 teaspoons.
