IBUPROFEN pain gel dosage

• Always use the medicine exactly as directed. Please check with your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure.
• Unless otherwise prescribed by the doctor, the usual dose is:
  • Apply a 4 - 10 cm long strand of gel, equivalent to 2 - 5 g of gel (100 - 250 mg ibuprofen), to the skin 3 times a day.
