• Two different colored capsules and up to six nutrients to supplement Doppelherz Aktiv Premium Mama for pregnant and breastfeeding women. The formulation ingredients support the body and we support the development of the child.

Ingredients:

Yellow Capsule: fish oil (46% DHA, 10% EPA +), gelatin, magnesium oxide, humectant glycerol, emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, and soy lecithin, humectant sorbitol, coloring agents and titanium dioxide, riboflavin , cholecalciferol (vitamin D3).

The content of nutrients in the recommended daily dose (1 capsule 1 capsule brown and yellow): Omega-3 content of at least: DHA - 600mg; EPA - 130mg, Magnesium - 100mg (27% RDA), iron - 26mg (186% RDA), iodine - 200 mcg (133% RDA), vitamin D3 (2000j.m.) - 50mcg (1000% RDA), vitamin B6 - 0,7mg (50% RDA), folic acid (vitamin B9) - 400mcg (200% RDA), vitamin B12 - 1,25mcg (50% RDA), vitamin B6 - 1,9mg (136% RDA), vitamin B12 - 3,5mcg (140% RDA).

The beneficial effect occurs when intake of at least 200mg of DHA a day more than the standard recommended dose of Omega-3 for adults, or 250mg of DHA and EPA.

Contraindications:
Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to any component of the supplement. Do not take concomitantly with other products containing iron or vitamin D. Iron may cause darkening of the stool.

Usage:
Recommended daily dose: 2 capsules. Brown capsule taken with a meal (breakfast or lunch). Yellow capsule taken with dinner. Both capsules may also be taken together, or in reverse order.
