  • The Dermcosoft syrup macrogol 4000 contains laxative effects. The preparation is intended for use in the treatment of symptomatic constipation. A neutral flavor syrup, suitable for adults and children over 2 years old.

The composition of treatment of constipation, Dulcosoft syrup:

10ml of solution contains 5g macrogol 4000 and auxiliary substances: potassium sorbate (preservative), macrogol 400, citric acid, purified water.

Operation of treatment of constipation, Dulcosoft syrup:

Makrogol 4000 has an osmotic laxative effect, thanks to which the Dulcosoft syrup medical device is recommended for the symptomatic treatment of constipation, softening of hard faeces and acute and chronic constipation. The neutral flavor solution for dissolving in any drink helps regulate the intestinal function and softens the fecal mass, improving the comfort of bowel movements. Macrogol is not absorbed, it is excreted with faeces. Importantly, its effectiveness does not decrease despite long-term use. The first effects of the preparation are usually felt after 1-3 days. Syrup can be used by pregnant women, breastfeeding women, people with diabetes, people on a low sodium diet.

Application:
Medical device Dulcosoft syrup intended for use in children over 2 years of age, adolescents and adults in the symptomatic treatment of constipation, in softening of hard faeces and in the case of acute and chronic constipation.

Additional information:
Keep out of reach of children at room temperature. Protect against direct moisture and light. Use within 6 weeks of opening the bottle.

Contraindications:
Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to any component of the medical device. Do not use in case of severe inflammatory bowel disease (eg Leśniowski-Crohn's disease, ulcerative enteritis), toxic distention of the colon, abdominal pain syndrome of unknown cause, paralytic intestinal obstruction, suspected intestinal obstruction or symptomatic intestinal stenosis. Do not use in the case of gastrointestinal perforation or at the risk of its occurrence.

How to use treatment of constipation, Dulcosoft syrup:

For children under the age of 8, the preparation should be under the supervision of a physician. Children from 2 to 3 years of age: administer 8-16ml. Children from 4 to 7 years old: use 16-32ml. Children over 8 years of age, adults: use 20-40ml. A special measuring tape is included in the package, which makes it easy to measure the preparation. The syrup can be mixed with any drink: water, tea, juice (about a glass of liquid). It is recommended to take it in the morning in a single dose. For children, the maximum duration of use is 3 months. Do not exceed recommended servings for consumption during the day.
