Composition:
1 tablet contains the active substance ibuprofen - 400mg, in the form of dihydrate sodium ibuprofen - 512mg. Excipients: croscarmellose sodium, xylitol, microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate, colloidal anhydrous silica, coating composition: carmellose sodium, talc, gum arabic, spray dried, sucrose, titanium dioxide, macrogol 6000, ink Opacode S-1-15094 (shellac, red iron oxide (E172), propylene glycol, ammonium hydroxide (E527), simeticone).

Action:
Nurofen Muscle and joints Forte 400mg is indicated for the short-term treatment of pain. As an active ingredient, the drug contains ibuprofen, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug. This substance has an analgesic and anti-inflammatory effect, so it relieves light and moderate pain. Each capsule contains as much as 400mg of ibuprofen - such a high dose of the drug substance makes the pain-relieving effect lasting up to 8 hours.

Application:
Nurofen medicinal product Muscle and joints Forte 400mg indicated for the treatment of pain of various origins (back pain, muscle pain, arthralgia, neuralgia) with mild or moderate severity. The medicinal product is recommended for adults and children over 12 years of age.

Additional information:
The medicine contains sweeteners. Keep the product out of reach of children at room temperature.

Contraindications:
Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to any component of the drug or to other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. Do not use if: • you have ever had acetylsalicylic acid or other NSAIDs with allergic symptoms (rhinitis, urticaria, angioneurotic edema, bronchial asthma); patients with active or past peptic ulcer of the stomach and / or duodenum; perforation or bleeding from the digestive system associated with the use of NSAIDs; severe liver, kidney or heart failure; confirmed haemorrhagic diathesis. Do not use together with other NSAIDs, including COX-2 inhibitors. Do not use in women in the third trimester of pregnancy. The drug is not recommended for children under 12 years of age.

Side effects:

Uncommon side effects include urticaria and pruritus; headaches, abdominal pain, nausea, indigestion; various types of skin rashes. The rare side effects include: dizziness, insomnia, agitation; psychotic disorders, depression; Tinnitus; diarrhea, bloating, constipation, vomiting, gastritis. Very rare side effects include: disturbances in blood count indicators; aseptic meningitis; severe hypersensitivity reactions (swelling of the face, tongue, larynx, shortness of breath, drop in blood pressure); heart failure and edema; hypertension; peptic ulcers, perforation or bleeding from the gastrointestinal tract, tarry stools, bloody vomiting; severe skin reactions; liver dysfunction; acute renal failure, renal papillary necrosis, especially with long-term use of the drug leading to an increase in serum urea and edema; decrease in hemoglobin, decrease in urine output. Dosage:
Use as recommended in the package leaflet or as recommended by your doctor. Adults and children over 12 years: 1 tablet every 4 hours. The tablet should be washed down with water. Do not exceed the dose of 3 tablets a day. Do not use the drug for more than 3 days.
