Natural vitamin C metabolites are formed during the manufacturing process of vitamin C ester. These are biochemically identical to those produced in the body. Due to these metabolites, the vitamin C ester can be directly absorbed by the body and cells. This allows our vitamin C ester to get into the bloodstream twice as fast, but then to be released very slowly and continuously. 

This leads to a vitamin C level in the tissue that is up to four times higher than when taking conventional vitamins. This is supported by clinical studies by Wright and Suen published in the International Clinical Nutrition Review. In addition, our vitamin C ester contains bioflavonoids as well as rutin, acerola and rosehip, which further improves absorption and bioavailability. Vitamin C ester is acid-free and pH-neutral, so there are no undesirable side effects such as flatulence or loose stools. Your tooth enamel is not attacked either.
