Arnica montana benefits

 

Arnica is used topically for a wide range of conditions, including bruises, sprains, muscle aches, wound healing, superficial phlebitis, joint pain, inflammation from insect bites, and swelling from broken bones. More recent studies suggest it may also be helpful in the treatment of burns.

This includes: stimulation of the tissue and organ healing with special emphasis on the metabolic processes, e.g. for first aid with blunt injuries such as strains, bruises, bruises.

Contraindications:
When should you not use Arnica Wound Cloth?
• with known hypersensitivity to preparations from arnica or other composite plants such as chrysanthemums or yarrow
• on damaged skin (eg injuries, burns, eczema)
• during pregnancy

Precautions for use and warnings:
If the symptoms do not improve within 3-4 days of self-treatment with Arnica Wound Cloth, a doctor should be consulted. Furthermore, a doctor should be consulted for all unclear symptoms, eg increasing pain, swelling, reddening, shiny skin and fever. Arnica Wound Cloth should not be used on mucous membranes or around the eyes. After using Arnica Wound Cloth, wash hands thoroughly with soap and water. Like all medicines, Arnica Wound Cloth should only be used during breastfeeding after consulting a doctor. Arnica Wound Cloth should not be used in the nipple area while breastfeeding. Contains 25% alcohol by volume Due to the alcohol content, frequent use of the drug on the skin may cause irritation or inflammation and dry skin.

Dosage and method of application:
Unless otherwise prescribed, use Arnica Wound Cloth as a compress for application to the skin. Tear open the foil at the edge, place the wound cloth on the affected area and moisten it with a little water if necessary. Replace the Arnica Wound Cloth after about half an hour of use. Avoid airtight covering of the envelope.

Duration of use:
The treatment of an acute illness should be completed after 2 weeks. If there is no improvement within this time, a doctor should be consulted.

Side effects:
The evaluation of side effects is based on the following frequency information:

Very common: more than 1 in 10 people treated Common: more than 1 in 100 people treated
Uncommon: more than 1 in 1000 people treated Rarely affects more than 1 in 10,000 people


Very rare: affects 1 or less in 10,000 people, including isolated cases

. Skin reactions with swelling and blistering can often occur with prolonged and frequent external use. This can be a hypersensitivity reaction of the skin or direct tissue damage caused by Arnica Wound Cloth. Furthermore, eczema can occur with prolonged use. Rarely, skin reactions up to tissue destruction are possible. If you observe any of the side effects mentioned above, inform a doctor immediately so that he can decide on the degree of severity and any necessary measures. At the first sign of a hypersensitivity reaction, Arnica Wound Cloth should not be used again.
