Active ingredients: Paracetamol, ascorbic acid (Vit. C), caffeine, chlorphenamine maleate.

For the symptomatic treatment of common complaints such as headache and body aches, runny nose and dry cough in the context of a simple cold in adults and adolescents from 12 years. With simultaneous fever or increased body temperature, Grippostad ^® C has an antipyretic effect . Due to the fixed combination of the active ingredients in Grippostad ^® C, no individual dose adjustments can be made for complaints that predominantly relate to one of the symptoms mentioned. In such situations, medicinal products with a different composition are to be preferred.

Note: Painkillers should not be taken for a long time or in higher doses without consulting your doctor. Contains lactose.

Colds are mostly viral infections of the respiratory tract that can affect the whole body. When they have a cold, many patients suffer from a runny nose, headache, pain in the limbs, cough and fever at the same time. All of these complaints cannot be combated with just one active ingredient. That is why the Grippostad ^® C capsules, Germany's most widely used remedy for colds, contain a combination of paracetamol, chlorophenamine maleate, vitamin C and caffeine. Their dosage is coordinated so that a maximum of effect is achieved with a minimum of active ingredient. The capsules are also suitable for patients with high blood pressure, asthma and diabetes *.

THAT'S HOW THE FOUR INGREDIENTS COMBINATION WORKS:

Paracetamol is an antipyretic substance that also has an analgesic effect. Caffeine intensifies this effect, so that only 400 milligrams of paracetamol can effectively relieve headaches and body aches. Chlorphenamine inhibits the effects of the tissue hormone histamine, which is involved in the development of inflammation. In this way, the active ingredient can contribute to the swelling of the nasal mucous membrane and improve dry coughs. For general support of the body's own defenses, the Grippostad ^® C capsules contain ascorbic acid,

i.e. vitamin C. RECOMMENDED USE:
Children from 12 years and adults can take two Grippostad ^® three times a dayTake C capsules. It should be taken with a little liquid, for example a glass of water.

GOOD TO KNOW:

• Grippostad ^® C capsules chlorphenamine maleate, Paracetamol, caffeine are also suitable for asthmatics. The only exception is asthma caused by drugs (especially painkillers).
• Diabetics and patients with high blood pressure can also take the drug, provided they have healthy kidney function.
• Grippostad ^® C capsules are known for their quick action and good tolerance. After all, 95.3% of patients would use it again. **
• Do not take Grippostad C if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
