Doppelherz women's minerals contain a combination of minerals, trace elements and selected vitamins. An adequate supply of these nutrients is important for women in every phase of life in order to remain healthy and productive. Adequate supply should therefore be ensured in particular in the case of an unbalanced diet in the development years, in women of childbearing age, if they wish to have children, during pregnancy and breastfeeding, in the menopause, in advanced years of life and in the case of an unbalanced diet. 

The "National Consumption Study" 2008 showed that in Germany there is not always an adequate supply of calcium, iron, folic acid and vitamin D. Thanks to the depot function, the nutrients are gradually released over several hours and made available to the body on a sustained basis. Zinc supports the maintenance of normal skin, hair and nails. Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for normal skin function. Iron supports the normal formation of red blood cells. Folic acid contributes to normal blood formation.
