The seed husks of Indian psyllium (Plantago Ovata) have a high content of soluble and very swellable fiber. They promote natural digestion and intestinal health, as the seed coats can bind to themselves many times their own weight in fluid.

Recommended intake : 2 x daily 1 slightly heaped teaspoon (approx. 3 g each), stir well in approx. 200 ml of water, allow to swell briefly (1–2 minutes) and drink. Then drink 1–2 more glasses of liquid.

Note:
When consuming it, ensure that you drink plenty of fluids, as the fiber binds water and, if you do not drink enough fluids, it can lead to an intestinal obstruction.
