Remifemin mono contains the special extract from the black cohosh rootstock (iCR special extract). The effect has been scientifically proven and is recommended for mild to moderate menopausal symptoms. It is hormone-free and does not promote unwanted tissue growth on the breast or uterus. Other menopausal preparations (e.g. with Siberian rhubarb extract) contain phytoestrogens and are contraindicated for breast cancer patients.

REMIFEMIN mono menopause supplements use
1 tablet once a day. Please swallow the tablet whole with sufficient liquid (preferably a glass of drinking water). You can take the tablet with or without food. If taken regularly, the first improvement can be expected after 2-4 weeks. Since the treatment results improve further with longer periods of use, it is recommended to take it for several months, but not longer than 6 months without medical advice. This is not a general limitation on the duration of use and a break in taking is not necessary, but after this time you should consult your doctor and keep your regular preventive appointments.
