Step 1: Wash hands carefully with cold water and dry them. As a result, the foam retains its consistency longer after application and does not melt immediately. To open the container, align the arrows on the can and cap. Then push the cap backwards.

Step 2: Hold the container with the spray head straight down. Now give 1 g (about the volume of half a cap) Regaine ^®MEN'S FOAM in the palm of your hand or, at best, on a flat saucer or bowl.
