MOVAGEN (MOVAGEN) is a preparation containing 3 clinically proven complexes * that maintain the health and normal mobility of the joints. MOVAGEN Composition:

Each MOVAGEN tablet contains:

• Pain Relief Complex® * - 325 mg, consisting of standardized extract of Cissus quadrangularis - 300 mg and standardized extract of Boswellia serrata - 25 mg.
• Anti Stiff Complex® * - 77.5 mg, consisting of unsaponifiable fraction of avocado and soybean oils (ASU) - 75 mg and undenatured collagen type II - 2.5 mg.
• Joint Restore Complex® * - 389 mg, consisting of glucosamine sulfate - 375 mg, hyaluronic acid - 12.5 mg and boron - 1.5 mg.

What do we need to know about the joints?

The joints are involved in all movements of the body and maintain its weight throughout our lives. They are built in such a way that they do not wear out or be damaged for many years, although they are subjected to loads that no machine can withstand without repair. The ends of the bones in the healthy joint are covered with smooth cartilage and are wrapped like a cuff of the joint capsule, and the space between them is filled with synovial fluid. The joint is further strengthened by tendons that surround the joint capsule and connect the bones.

However, sometimes the joints are damaged. Most often this happens with age, but can also occur in younger people, especially after trauma or inflammatory processes. Joint damage includes more than 100 diseases affecting the joint structures - joint cartilage, joint capsule, synovial fluid, ligaments, tendons, surrounding tissues and underlying bone.

The most common symptoms of joint damage are pain, limited mobility of the joints (from stiffness to complete inability to move), swelling of one or more of the affected joints, heat in the affected joint or redness of the affected skin. Symptoms may develop gradually or suddenly. The reasons for their appearance are degenerative changes associated with advancing age, overweight, inflammatory processes, trauma, stagnant lifestyle, joint congestion and more.

For long-term treatment of the symptoms of joint damage, means are used that relieve pain, eliminate stiffness and provide building material for the restoration of joint structures. Thus, the progression of damage stops and prolongs the life of the joints, and a person can move as before and return to his normal rhythm of life.

Pain Relief Complex® is a complex containing standardized extracts of Cissus quadrangularis and Boswellia serrata with a proven supportive effect on joint health and a normal feeling of comfort when moving.

The standardized extract of Boswellia serrata contains a complex of boswellic acids, which interact with a number of enzymes involved in processes crucial for joint health.

The standardized extract of Cissus quadrangularis contains high-concentration ketosterones, which have a direct effect on the feeling of health and comfort in the joints.

Anti Stiff Complex® contains substances of key importance for the physiological restoration of normal joint mobility. It consists of an unsaponifiable fraction of avocado and soybean oils (ASU) and undenatured collagen type II.

The unsaponifiable fraction of avocado and soybean oils (ASU) is recommended for use by the American College of Rheumatology (ACR) and the European League Against Rheumatism (EULAR) .1 The effect of ASU has been established in vitro and in vivo studies showing its beneficial properties in terms of joint mobility.

Undenatured collagen Type II has been the subject of numerous studies showing its effect on the physiological maintenance of normal joint mobility. Not coincidentally, the type II collagen used in MOVAGEN is undenatured because it is its natural form in the human body and only in this form does it retain its biological activity and be able to perform its physiological functions.

Joint Restore Complex is a complex containing glucosamine sulfate, hyaluronic acid and boron, which are important building blocks for joint structures. There are many clinical studies that prove their positive effect on the physiological restoration of the structure, elasticity and properties of joints, synovial fluid, articular cartilage, ligaments, tendons and surrounding tissues.

Glucosamine sulfate is a major structural component of articular cartilage, ligaments and tendons, and is required for their proper structure and function. It provides the body with two key subunits for cartilage: glucosamine and sulfate groups. Glucosamine is contained in the fluid around the joints and is an important element in the composition of molecules that make up cartilage, synovial fluid, intervertebral discs and more. Sulfate groups are other essential elements needed to build cartilage tissue. They increase the osmotic pressure in cartilage and contribute to its turgor, tensile strength, resistance to pressure and volume.

Hyaluronic acid is a molecule with important biological functions. It is contained in the connective tissue and is highly concentrated in the synovial fluid. Hyaluronic acid gives the specific properties of synovial fluid, thanks to which it acts as a lubricant and buffer. It also covers the inner surface of the joint and thus acts as an elastic protective layer against the articular cartilage and capsule, protecting them from mechanical damage. At the same time, it is a constructive structural unit of the articular cartilage.

Boron is a trace element that is involved in the metabolism of calcium and magnesium in the body, and is key to maintaining physiological bone growth and density.

How should MOVAGEN be taken?

Unless your doctor recommends otherwise, take MOVAGEN 2 tablets 2 times a day after meals. It is recommended to take the preparation for 90 days.

Who should not take MOVAGEN?

MOVAGEN should not be used during pregnancy and breast-feeding.

What are the side-effects of MOVAGEN?

So far there are no known side effects of the drug and contraindications for its use.
