The drug laxative - Castor oil is a product of the highest quality. The oil is irritating to the intestine, thereby stimulating them to work, which increases the peristaltic movements. It also affects the digestive glands to increase employment and liquidation of intestinal contents. This all leads to a bowel movement. For laxative oil it must be contained therein ricinoleic acid. Interestingly, castor oil is used successfully by admirers as a natural care product for conditioning the hair and nails.

Contraindications:
Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to castor oil. Do not use in pregnant women, breastfeeding women and children under 7 years of age. The contraindications are abdominal pain, nausea and vomiting, ileus, diarrhea, rectal bleeding, inflammation of the abdominal and pelvic.

Undesirable effects:
When using castor oil may experience side effects: exacerbation of inflammation in the abdominal cavity and the severity of menstrual bleeding.

 

Dosage Castor oil 30ml (oleum ricini):


Use only as directed by your doctor. Adults: The dose of 10-20g, or 1-2 tablespoons. In children above 7 years of age: the dosage as prescribed. After 2-6 hours, can be expected to occur, laxative effect. This medicinal product is not suitable for long term use, apply up to a few days. If the symptoms persist, a medical consultation is necessary.
