Ingredients:
Almond oil, vitamin E, caprilic / capric triglyceride, paraffin oil, isostearyl isostearate, PEG-40 sorbitan peroleate, BHA / BHT

CERUSTOP ® ear oil spray gently removes excess or hardened ear wax. It is also useful for preventing inflammation of the external auditory canal.

and hardened ear wax (cerumen) are often reasons for irritation of the ear canal or even reduced hearing - in the worst case, inflammation of the external ear canal occurs. If the cerumen also comes into contact with the eardrum, dizziness and discomfort are possible. Regular cleaning of the ears is therefore advisable.

The CERUSTOP ® Ear Oil Spray offers a simple solution with many advantages:

  • dissolves and removes excess or hardened ear wax

"The total dose should not be exceeded without consulting a doctor or pharmacist."

Type of application?
To gently remove excess or hardened ear wax, adults apply two to three sprays of CERUSTOP ® Ear Oil Spray into the external ear canal. One to two sprays are sufficient for children aged three and over. The ear should then be loosely closed with a cotton ball - please do not press it into the ear canal - so that the ear oil does not run out. Now wait about ten minutes before carefully rinsing out CERUSTOP ® Ear Oil Spray with warm water (ideally with the hand shower). In the case of stubborn hardening of the ear wax, the process can be repeated.

To clean the auricle, put some CERUSTOP ® ear oil spray at body temperature on a cotton ball and use it to wipe the auricle. Then gently dry the ear with a cloth.

For all-round perfect ear care, we recommend using NORMISON ® ear spray after bathing, swimming and diving.

General information CERUSTOP ear oil spray on dosage
In general, the following applies: especially with children and the elderly, make sure that the dosage is conscientious. If in doubt, ask your doctor or pharmacist about any effects or precautionary measures.

A dosage prescribed by a doctor may differ from the information on the package insert. Since the doctor tailors them individually, you should therefore use the product according to his instructions.

CERUSTOP ear oil spray Storage:
Always keep the bottle closed and out of the reach of children. The temperature during storage must not be below eight degrees Celsius or above 25 degrees Celsius. After the first application, CERUSTOP ® Ear Oil Spray has a shelf life of eight weeks, unopened 36 weeks.


Contraindications

What speaks against an application?
  • Do not use CERUSTOP ® Ear Oil Spray if you have a perforated eardrum (hole in the eardrum).
  • Likewise, the product must not be used in the event of hypersensitivity or allergy to any of the components.

Which age group should be considered?
The product is suitable for both adults and children from three years of age.

What about pregnancy and lactation?
CERUSTOP ® Ear Oil Spray can also be used during breastfeeding and pregnancy.

If the product has been prescribed for you despite a contraindication, talk to your doctor or pharmacist. The therapeutic benefit may be greater than the risk of contraindication.
