What is Gelsemium I Bryonia comp. and what is it used for?
Gelsemium I Bryonia comp. is an anthroposophical medicine for catarrhal infections.

Areas of application
According to the anthroposophical knowledge of man and nature, the areas of application include: Flu-like catarrhal infections, especially in the head area, also with neuralgia.

What should you consider before taking Gelsemium I Bryonia comp.?
If symptoms persist for a long time, if you have shortness of breath, fever or purulent sputum, you should consult a doctor.

Pregnancy and breast-feeding
Like all medicines, Gelsemium I Bryonia comp. should only be used during pregnancy and breast-feeding after consulting a doctor.

Interactions with other medicines
None known. Please inform your doctor or pharmacist if you are taking or have recently taken any other medicines, including medicines obtained without a prescription.

Driving and using machines
No special precautions are necessary.

Important information about certain ingredients of Gelsemium I Bryonia comp.
The mixture contains 18% alcohol by volume.

How should Gelsemium I Bryonia comp. be taken?
Always take Gelsemium I Bryonia comp. exactly as directed in this leaflet. Unless otherwise prescribed by your doctor, the usual dose is: Take 10-20 drops up to twice a day. The drops are best taken diluted with water.

Duration of use
Treatment of an acute illness should be completed after 1 week. If there is no improvement within 2 days, consult a doctor. If you forget to take Gelsemium I Bryonia comp.: Do not take a double dose to make up for a forgotten dose. Please ask your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure about how to use this medicine.

What side effects are possible?
No side effects are known. Please inform your doctor or pharmacist if you notice any side effects.

What else is important?
Do not use this medicine after the expiry date which is stated on the label and carton.

Composition:
10 g (= 10.2 ml) contain: Active ingredients: nArsenicum album Dil. D10 (from D2 with ethanol 15% (mim)] 2 g I Belladonna Dil. D6 ID2 with ethanol 30% (m/ml. from D3 with ethanol 15% (mim)] 2 g I Bryonia Dil. D3 [D2 with ethanol 30% (mim), D3 with ethanol 15% (m/m)J 2 g I Gelsemium, ethanol. Decoctum Dil. D4 2 g I Phosphorus Dil. D1{) (D5 with ethanol 86% (mim), D6 with ethanol 62% (m/m), D7 with ethanol 43% (mim), D8 with ethanol 30% (mim), from D9 with ethanol 15% (ml m)] 2 g.

1 ml corresponds to approximately 36 drops.
