Recommended dosage:

B1), riboflavin (vit. B2), niacin, vitamin B6, folic acid, vitamin B12, biotin, pantothenic acid, sodium selenite.

Do not exceed the recommended daily intake of max. 0.45 ml. A slight laxative effect may occur; in this case, reduce the daily dose for a short time.
