• Manusan with a pump liquid is a medical device with chlorhexidine digluconate, which is used for hygienic and surgical hand washing. It is also suitable for washing the skin of the body and hair, if they have been contaminated with infectious material.

Composition of Manusan with pump liquid:

100ml contains active substance: chlorhexidine digluconate (Chlorhexidini gluconas) – 4g (20g. 20% solution) and auxiliary substances: polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene glycol, dimethyllaurylamine oxide, isopropyl alcohol, gluconic acid, cochineal red, fragrance.

Action Manusan with liquid pump:

The active substance of the medical device Manusan with a pump liquid is chlorhexidine digluconate. It penetrates the epidermis, which creates a long-lasting disinfecting base. The liquid therefore has a prolonged effect of up to 3 hours. The preparation is used for hygienic and surgical hand washing and for washing the body and hair in the event of contamination with infectious material. The liquid simultaneously cleanses hands of dirt and disinfects them. It fights anaerobic bacteria, staphylococci and fungi, and also neutralizes viruses, including HIV, HSV, RSV, VSV and Rabies Virus. The product is well tolerated by the skin.

Application:

Medical device Manusan with a pump, a liquid intended for hygienic and surgical washing of hands and washing of the body and hair. Intended for removing temporary flora from hands before medical procedures, examinations, before and after contact with a patient, after contact with contaminated objects, infectious material, secretions and excretions; for removing dirt from hair and reducing the number of microorganisms, e.g. in the case of contact with contaminated infectious materials, secretions, excretions; for removing as much of the permanent and partial flora as possible in the case of surgical washing of hands, which is very important and significant when undertaking all activities in the sterile zone.

This is a medical device. Use it according to the instructions for use or label. Store the product out of reach of children, at room temperature. It is recommended to protect from moisture and light. This is an irritating and environmentally hazardous product. Avoid contact with mucous membranes, eyes, damaged epidermis. Causes serious eye damage. Do not mix this liquid with other disinfectants and cleaning agents, as its effectiveness will be reduced.

Contraindications:

Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients. Do not use in infants and small children.

How to use Manusan liquid with a pump:

Use as intended. For external use only. Before use, read the instructions for use. Hygienic hand washing: apply 3ml of the preparation to water-moistened hands, wash hands for 2 minutes. Rinse thoroughly with water, then dry hands with a disposable towel. Surgical hand washing: apply 3-5ml of the preparation to water-moistened hands, wash hands and forearms for 3 minutes. Rinse with water. Then rub 3ml of the preparation into hands and forearms for at least 1 minute. Rinse thoroughly with water, then dry hands with a disposable towel. When washing and rinsing, hands should be positioned above the elbows. Washing the body and hair: wash skin and hair, then rinse thoroughly with water. Avoid eyes and mucous membranes.
