The latch bolt is retracted by the lever on either side, except when the outside lever is locked. Deadbolt operated by key outside. When the deadbolt is projected, the lever is automatically locked. Anti-panic operation. Operating the inside lever automatically retracts the latch bolt and deadbolt with the outside lever remaining locked. Deadlocking latch bolt.
